7. Booking and Cancellation Policies
Our tours and experiences require advance booking and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or phone. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your tour date.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus processing fee
- 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before tour: No refund
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations due to illness, flight delays, or other emergencies. Wild North Australia reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient participants, or force majeure events, in which case a full refund will be provided.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Wild North Australia or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Wild North Australia and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
